Enhanced Fixed Term Arrangement ASFs now available for OnePath products

In September 2021 IOOF launched the ability to charge Fixed Term Arrangement Adviser Service Fees (ASF) for OneAnswer and OptiMix products.

What are the enhancements?

In continuing to support business efficiencies, from 26 April 2022 Fixed Term Arrangement ASFs:

  • may be forward dated up to 90 days
  • will have a Start Date and End Date applied
  • will have a fully integrated solution available online for OneAnswer products (excluding ANZ OneAnswer and OptiMix products).

 

How can I apply a Fixed Term Arrangement ASF for my clients?

From 26 April 2022 you can apply a Fixed Term Arrangement ASF using the following methods:

  • Logging into Account Access for an end-to-end digital solution:

- For new clients, you can apply within the OneAnswer Frontier New Business forms.

- For existing clients, go to the Adviser Service Fee Maintenance form.

- Note there is no Fixed Term Arrangement ASF online solution for ANZ OneAnswer or OptiMix products.

Where are the ASF forms located?

To access OnePath Adviser Service Fee Alteration and Consent forms:

DocuSign and Adobe Sign e-signatures are accepted for this form. Completed ASF forms can be scanned and emailed to: adviser@onepathsuperinvest.com.au

If the ASF form is incomplete, we cannot accept or process the form. An Adviser Services representative will contact you, and you will need to complete a new form.

 

Is there a form grace period?  

We will accept the below forms dated 20 September 2021 until 16 June 2022:

  • Adviser Service Fee Alteration and Consent form
  • OneAnswer Frontier application form.

 

How do I nominate an ‘End Date’ for a Fixed Term Arrangement ASF?

You must specify a Fixed Term Arrangement ASF End Date of up to 12 months from the nominated Start Date. Click here for frequently asked questions.

 

Will my client’s Fixed Term Arrangement ASF details show in Account Access?

Yes. Your client’s Fixed Term Arrangement ASF details will be displayed on the Policy Details page and Client Report in Account Access. Click here  for frequently asked questions.
