Planned system outage period - Information to help you plan ahead
The planned system outage period will impact your ability, and your clients’ ability, to transact and access member/investor accounts for all OnePath and ANZ branded super, pension and investment products during this time. We’re similarly writing to all members/investors to let them know about this system outage period.
When will this outage period occur?
The system outage is to occur from 1–4 October 2022. We’ve planned it at this time to coincide with the long weekend for NSW, ACT, Qld and SA, and the following Tuesday, to reduce the impact as much as possible. It will start from 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT) Friday 30 September 2022, with account access and processing resuming from 9:00am (AEST/AEDT) Wednesday 5 October 2022.
