New OnePath Adviser Service Fee report available
As part of our commitment to improving our platform functionality and supporting business efficiencies, we’ve developed a new Adviser Service Fee (ASF) report. Available 5 September 2022 the new ASF report is designed to help provide visibility of all your client ASF arrangements and renewal dates to comply with the 1 July 2021 fee consent requirements.
How does the new ASF report support fee consent requirements?
To support compliance with 1 July 2021 fee consent requirements, the new ASF report provides an excel listing of your clients with any Ongoing and/or Fixed-Term Arrangement ASFs and the details of these arrangements.
One-off ASFs are excluded from this new report.

Will the ASF report display clients that have more than one type of ASF applied?

Which products are captured in the new report?
The report will display Ongoing and Fixed-Term Arrangement ASFs for the OneAnswer suite of products (including ANZ branded products), the OptiMix suite of products and certain soft closed products. Find out more in the frequently asked questions.
