Adviser Advantage Super & Investments portal will be renamed to Adviser Online

On 11 November 2023, we are changing the name of the Adviser Advantage Super & Investments portal to Adviser Online. The current name of Adviser Advantage will continue to be used by Zurich Financial Services Australia in relation to their insurance offer only.

 

How does this affect you?

Importantly, there are no real changes to how you deal with us, it’s simply a name change, and your login details remain the same.

The only exception is if you need to order printed documents. In this case, the first time you login to the renamed Adviser Online portal and select ‘Printed Publications and Forms’, you will be prompted to set up a new login. After entering your personal details and clicking the 'Submit' button, a new user account will be created for you. For more information, click here.

This name change is to the adviser portal only, and there is no impact for your clients. You will start noticing that Adviser Online will appear on our websites, and adviser forms, guides, brochures and presentations – anywhere that Adviser Advantage was previously used in relation to super and investments.
