We recently made some changes to the OneAnswer - First Sentier Global Credit Income Trust (“OneAnswer Fund”) available in the following products:

OneAnswer Investment Portfolio (including Frontier, ANZ and //Select)
From 12pm (AEST/AEDT) on 7 June 2024 the suspension on withdrawal transactions for the OneAnswer Fund was removed and switches out of and withdrawal requests from the OneAnswer Fund have been accepted.
Effective from 26 June 2024 additional applications and switches into the OneAnswer Fund will be accepted from existing investors in OneAnswer Investment Portfolio.
OneAnswer Frontier Personal Super and Pension, OneAnswer Term Allocated Pension (including ANZ and //Select)
From 12pm (AEST/AEDT) on 7 June 2024 we removed the suspension on transactions for the OneAnswer Fund. This means that we can accept contributions (where allowable), switch requests and withdrawal requests from current members in OneAnswer Frontier Personal Super and Pension and OneAnswer Term Allocated Pension products.
Investment Fund changes
As outlined in earlier notices, the First Sentier Global Credit Income Fund (First Sentier Fund), the underlying fund into which the OneAnswer Fund invested, was terminated. The Janus Henderson Diversified Credit Fund (Replacement Fund) was selected as the new underlying fund. We considered this change to be in the best interests of investors as the Replacement Fund holds similar assets and has a similar risk profile to the First Sentier Fund. The Replacement Fund is also well rated by third party research agencies and its investment manager is highly regarded. Existing clients in all products can now make contributions to (where allowable) or switch into the Fund or make full or partial switches out or withdrawals from the OneAnswer Fund.
As the underlying fund for the OneAnswer Fund has changed as outlined above, the way the OneAnswer Fund is managed has changed and is detailed in the PDS Update and Continuous Disclosure Notice. Although the ongoing fees and the risk profile of the OneAnswer Fund remain the same, you may want to consider all of the changes and whether the OneAnswer Fund remains appropriate for your client’s financial situation, needs and objectives.
