End of financial year 2021 - statement availability

End-of-year (EOY) Statements for most products will be available online from mid-August. Please encourage your clients to go online to securely view and download their statements.

 

Online Availability for 2021 Annual Statements

How can 2021 annual statements be viewed online?

For OneAnswer Frontier and other OnePath products:

To login, clients should go to onepath.com.au/member Under Customer login

  • select login to access their secure account area
  • enter their unique Online User ID
  • enter their password

For all ANZ products (excluding ANZ Smart Choice products): To login, clients should go to anz.com

  • select ‘Investor Access’ from the drop-down menu (where ‘Internet Banking’ is showing)
  • select log in to access their secure account area
  • enter their unique Online User ID
  • enter their password

Please note that statements for ANZ Super Advantage Defined Benefit and ANZ Wholesale Investment Trusts are not available online.

When will clients receive their 2021 annual statements?
Hard copies will be progressively mailed to investors and members from mid-August to late September.
