Illustrator is the quoting and application software for OneCare, designed to streamline your paperwork and help you deliver outstanding service to your clients.

 

Work the way you want to

Illustrator is available in online (Apple Mac compatible) and desktop variants.

The online and desktop variants synchronise with each other, so quotes and applications can be viewed, accessed and updated in either variant. By registering for Illustrator following the instructions on the Onepath website Illustrator tools page, it will give you access to both the desktop and online variant

 

Share quotes and client information.

With our sharing functionality, you can share quotes and client information with other users in your business. You can also retrieve completed quotes from IRESS’s XPLAN with pre-populated client details in Illustrator.

 

Capture relevant information by asking the right questions 

We’ve worked in collaboration with the University of Technology Sydney Advanced Analytics Institute to re-engineer the underwriting process. 

In doing so, we’ve developed an intuitive underwriting engine– one that does the heavy lifting by asking your client’s personal medical history using everyday language.

 

Flexible ways to apply

You can offer your clients four flexible ways to complete their Personal Statement:

1. OneCare Express - an intuitive, quick and easy online process.

2. Tele-interview - clients complete it over the phone with a tele-interview consultant. Plus, the online ‘Tele-Interview Booking’ feature available on OneView Life provides you with the ability to create, reschedule and see all your scheduled bookings in the one place.

3. Personal URL - clients receive a personalised link and can complete the form online at a time that suits them. We’re proud to be the only insurer to offer your clients this option.

4. Scan & attach - scan and attach a completed paper Personal Statement and submit with an electronic application.
